We also report a modification of the RETURN POLICY to guarantee that you can return the items you are not interested in. Thus, the term will be ONE MONTH starting to count when the situation has returned to normal.

We hope you are happy with your purchase in Ibiza Trendy, however, if you are not satisfied with any of your articles or find there is any damage, you have fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery of the package , to return the product(s).
All shipping costs for exchange or return products are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of prior damage to the product. In this event, Ibiza Trendy will assume the shipping costs. You must contact the customer service department of Ibiza Trendy to email@example.com. Once we have received the item(s) return(s) and the completed form, you will have the option to exchange or get your money back.
For returns FROM Spain, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you a code. The cost of the return is 4,95 euros.
International returns must be made by CERTIFIED MAIL to Ibiza Trendy, Vicente Cuervo Street 6. Ibiza 07800. Spain.
This process is executed within 72 hours after receiving the returned package. All returned items must be un-used and in the original condition. Ibiza Trendy will not accept any items damaged, used, worn, or broken.
Returned items must be sent (expenses paid by the client) via certified mail or courier. We recommend the registered post mail service via Correos because it is a safe and economical system.
Ibiza Trendy reserves the right to drop packets that are not sent by registered postmail or a certified courier company .
